Serving as an interface between industry, government and the OU Research Enterprise by aligning relationships with emerging opportunities, CIVO identifies new partnership opportunities based on OU research capabilities, market trends and operational needs. The CIVO team works with internal OU departments then analyzes and promotes the most appropriate strategies from an institutional view, builds relationships for the University, then manages the opportunity as it develops.
